Acceptable Use
Clear limits are part of trustworthy evidence infrastructure.
Do not use Attestarium to facilitate unlawful activity, impersonate another person, make knowingly fraudulent declarations, probe confidential evidence, attack the service or upload/store material you are not permitted to process. A disputed or abusive declaration is handled through status and audit events; historical evidence is not secretly rewritten.
Evidence integrity
Refunds, cancellation, disputes and account closure do not rewrite the fact that an immutable evidence event occurred. Service rights and retained data can change according to contract, law and retention policy while the historical cryptographic record remains distinct.
Professional capacity
The launch is intended for businesses and professionals acting in a trade, business, craft or professional capacity. A future consumer service would require a separate consumer-compliant flow.
